Our bodies change as we age. I have been through injuries, menopause, and autoimmune—strength didn't come from pushing harder or waiting to feel motivated.
What I know is that strength comes from taking one step. Just one.
Then checking in. Finding something good in the movement. Embracing the discomfort. Celebrating the effort.
We don’t quit because motivation dips. We don’t shrink as our hormones change. We don’t punish ourselves when energy is low. One foot in front of the other—building lasting strength through perimenopause, menopause, setbacks, and growth.
